How to send new bookings from Book Like A Boss into Swirl using Zapier

Before you start setting up your Zap in Zapier please log into your Book Like A Boss and Swirl account in the same browser that you have Zapier open.

In order to setup a Zap in Zapier you will also have to create an account in Zapier, it’s free to use for up to 5 Zap’s.

1. Go to zapier.com

2. Search for Book Like A Boss under “Connect this app..”

   

3. Search for Swirl under “with this one!”

1. Choose what event you want to trigger an action in Swirl, in this example we will choose “New Booking”.

   

2. When a new booking is made in Book Like A Boss we want a 1-on-1 Space to be created in Swirl, choose Create a 1-On-1 Space under “then do this” and then click “Try it”.

   

3. Click “Test trigger” and when the check mark on the right side turns green, click “continue”.

   

4. In the next step called Action, search for and choose “Swirl”

   

5. Then click Event box and choose “Create a 1-On-1 Space in Swirl” then click “Continue”

   

6. Choose your Swirl account, make sure you’re already logged into Swirl in the same browser and then click “Continue”

   

7. Now it’s time to map the fields in Book Like A Boss with the fields in Swirl. Please map the same way as below. Time Zone field is not requierd. When finished click “Continue”
